The street-facing façade presents itself closed and sober in concrete and iron, but upon entering the social spaces open fully toward the natural green area at the rear. An exterior staircase surrounded by vegetation articulates the levels and enriches the sensory journey, while concrete-built furniture invites gathering and outdoor living.
